Pleasant detached bungalow with elevated ceilings (a few steps down to the garden, then on one level inside), in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for 4 people.

The entrance hall leads to a fully-equipped kitchen (convection oven, 4-burner induction hob), and a living room with dining area and TV area. The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Garden area. Terrace with garden furniture / gas barbecue.

Children's equipment on site: cot, stroller, changing table, bathtub, high chair, playpen, deckchair and games.

In the basement, 5 bicycles (3 adults + 2 children), a shower cubicle, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a "relaxation bonus": private spa (extra charge, payable on site).

Private, secure parking.

All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Ancy le franc, famous for its Château, has many shops and two electricity points in the village.
