La Sauvage - Distillerie de Vézelay

La Sauvage is an artisanal, ecological, feminine and committed distillery. We produce original spirits made from ultra-local plants gathered in the Vézelien and Morvan regions. We use old copper stills fired over a wood fire. Visits and tasting and distillation workshops by prior arrangement. You can even take home a spirit of your own creation.
